We operate by appointment, however if you arrive without an appointment please feel free to look around, and we will endeavour to discuss your requirements. To be sure that someone is available specifically for your visit, we recommend booking in advance.

We are delighted to welcome dogs into our showroom, however, ask that they are kept on a lead for the comfort of other customers. Should you be unable to make it during these opening hours, pedestrian access allows you to view the outdoor buildings when the site is closed (please note you will not have access to the indoor showroom outside our opening hours).

Our show centre displays 21 buildings that cover the ranges of buildings that we provide, and whilst not every size & shape is shown on the site, we recommend that you still visit to see the construction material and finishes on offer. The centre also provides inspiration & confidence helping you to fully understand your project from start to finish.

The Warwick Buildings Show Site and Offices are situated on Nightingale Lane, on the A423 which is the main road between Southam and Coventry. We are located one mile north of Southam in the village of Long Itchington and situated between the Long Itch Diner and the Cuttle Inn.

Our Show Site offers the opportunity to view a variety of buildings including Garages, Garden Rooms, Garden Offices and a Stable.

    Dear David You built the garage for me in Nov 2000 and the wood is as good today as when you built it and I’ve been very pleased with it. Rain stopped my Cuprinol painting this morning but I thought about the possibility of replacing the felt with Tapco slates, depending on price etc, as it has plenty of life left in it.   • Great company – would certainly recommend.

    We've had two buildings from Warwick. First one over twenty years ago which we insulated and finished off ourselves. It's been brilliant so we had no hesitation to go back when we needed a second one. This time we chose a contemporary design which was fully kitted out, saving us time, money and arguments. Same lad that did the first one is still working there and takes care with the finishing touches. Great company - would certainly recommend.
