Our show centre displays 21 buildings that cover the ranges of buildings that we provide, and whilst not every size & shape is shown on the site, we recommend that you still visit to see the construction material and finishes on offer. The centre also provides inspiration & confidence helping you to fully understand your project from start to finish.

The Warwick Buildings Show Site and Offices are situated on Nightingale Lane, on the A423 which is the main road between Southam and Coventry. We are located one mile north of Southam in the village of Long Itchington and situated between the Long Itch Diner and the Cuttle Inn.
Our Show Site offers the opportunity to view a variety of buildings including Garages, Garden Rooms, Garden Offices and a Stable.
Please note that the outdoor show site is on the canal side so children and pets should be supervised at all times. Pets are not allowed into the indoor showroom except service dogs.
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm
Saturday 9am – 1pm (By Appointment Only)
Should you be unable to make it during these opening hours, pedestrian access allows you to view the outdoor buildings when the site is closed (please note you will not have access to the indoor showroom outside our opening hours).
How To Claim Your Discount
Simply save a configuration either before your visit or with the sales team member at our show room. We will validate your £400 discount when you order and pay the £200 holding deposit.
The holding deposit will secure the current price of your design for up to 6 months, and will lock in your price against any future price increases.
When you are ready to book a slot in the diary, we will require the remainder of the deposit, around a third of the total cost of your order, which will also allow manufacture to take place.
