Our show centre displays 21 buildings that cover the ranges of buildings that we provide, and whilst not every size & shape is shown on the site, we recommend that you still visit to see the construction material and finishes on offer. The centre also provides inspiration & confidence helping you to fully understand your project from start to finish.

The Warwick Buildings Show Site and Offices are situated on Nightingale Lane, on the A423 which is the main road between Southam and Coventry. We are located one mile north of Southam in the village of Long Itchington and situated between the Long Itch Diner and the Cuttle Inn.
Our Show Site offers the opportunity to view a variety of buildings including Garages, Garden Rooms, Garden Offices and a Stable.
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm

Loving the garden office
I've known Warwick Buildings for a long time and I've been daydreaming about working from home in my very own garden office for years. Finally I've managed to connect the loose ends together, and I am now enjoying the increased enthusiasm that I get from the improved vista that overlooks the valley below.
