The Warwick Buildings show site and office is situated on Nightingale Lane, on the A423 which is the main road between Southam and Coventry. We are located one mile north of Southam in the village of Long Itchington and situated between the Long Itch Diner and the Cuttle Inn.
Our Show Site offers the opportunity to view a variety of buildings including Garages, Garden Rooms, Garden Offices and a stable.
Please note that the outdoor show site is on the canal side so children and pets should be supervised at all times. Pets are not allowed into the indoor showroom with the exception of service dogs.
Visits to the show site are by appointment only.

Very helpful.
Visited here to get an idea of the possibilities for a new garden office workshop we are looking to have built. They have examples of the various buildings that appear on the website, makes it a lot easier to picture the options, and to get real idea of scale. The gentlemen we spoke to was very helpful.
