Our show centre displays 21 buildings that cover the ranges of buildings that we provide, and whilst not every size & shape is shown on the site, we recommend that you still visit to see the construction material and finishes on offer. The centre also provides inspiration & confidence helping you to fully understand your project from start to finish.

Case Study
Our Factory
We own our manufacturing site which provides us with 1.5 acres of secure workshop and storage facilities, where we design & construct your new building, using up to date techniques and machinery.
The set up allows the timber and other components to be kept undercover, and still have room to pre-assemble the buildings and for indoor loading to be achieved.
The Warwick Buildings Show Site and Offices are situated on Nightingale Lane, on the A423 which is the main road between Southam and Coventry. We are located one mile north of Southam in the village of Long Itchington and situated between the Long Itch Diner and the Cuttle Inn.
Our Show Site offers the opportunity to view a variety of buildings including Garages, Garden Rooms, Garden Offices and a Stable.
Please note that the outdoor show site is on the canal side so children and pets should be supervised at all times. Pets are not allowed into the indoor showroom except service dogs.
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm
Saturday 9am – 1pm
All visits to the show site during our opening hours are by appointment only.
Should you be unable to make it during these opening hours, pedestrian access allows you to view the outdoor buildings when the site is closed (please note you will not have access to the indoor showroom outside our opening hours).
